Customer Service In Spokane
I had an opportunity to test my “customer service” skills today.
I wouldn’t say I had a mad customer.
But I feel he was upset.
I would chalk it up to mis-communication between a married couple.
And I was stuck in the middle.
Even though I felt like this was an un-fair situation for me to try to resolve….
I jumped in the middle and made the conscious decision to make this one better.
That got me to thinkin’
