WHAT: LOCAL HOME CONSTRUCTED WITH 100% AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS IS RAISING THE ROOF
WHERE: EAGLE RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD
WHEN: FRIDAY, MARCH 2, 2012 AT 7:30AM
Construction hits stride with the ‘raising of the roof’ of Spokane’s first American Made home marking a milestone in the construction process and creating awareness.
Condron Homes will be ‘raising the roof’ on Spokane’s first ‘Made in American’ home on March 2, 2012. “This is a benchmark event in new home building as we begin to see the final structure taking shape” says Corey Condron of Condron Homes. Inspired by Diane Sawyer’s ‘Made in America’ series, Condron has committed to constructing homes with American made products in the hopes that other builders would follow their lead by using American made products. “We are proud to be involved with this project, but most importantly we are very excited for the support we have seen from the local and regional building community” adds Condron as he reflects on the awareness this project has generated.
The construction of the first home being built in Spokane with American made products is gaining regional attention. Tri Cities builder Aaron Sullivan of Titan Homes is breaking ground on his first American Made home in Kennewick this month. “Our goal with this project is to raise the level of awareness about the products we use in our homes and support more American based manufacturers” states Sullivan. He continues “I’d like to take credit for the concept, but I’d have to give that to Anders Lewendal and Corey Condron…” proving this grass roots movement to support the local and National economy is gaining traction.
You are welcome to join our ‘Raising the Roof’ ceremony of our first ‘Made In America’ home Friday morning March 2nd at 7:30am. You are welcome to contact Corey Condron for comments on his cell phone at (509) 370-5885.
